We currently offer shipping all across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed successfully.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days after order processing.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier efficiency.
• Remote or less accessible areas may experience slight delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: FREE for orders above PKR 2,500.
• Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 200 for orders below PKR 2,500.

Any special shipping promotions or free delivery offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your package in real-time.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

• Email us immediately at info@tayyabherbals.com with your Order ID and a clear description of the issue.
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all locations in Pakistan. Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and pay for the order.
